Your responsibilities
Job brief:
As an HR Business Partner, you work closely with our Head of People & Culture and People Team, focusing primarily on employee life cycle management and to ensure the company runs smoothly. 

Your responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Employee Support
  • Serve as the main HR point of contact for designated teams and principals.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders to understand their needs and advise on HR-related topics (performance, development, team dynamics, conflict management).
  • Coach managers on people leadership, employee engagement, and effective communication.
  • Support change management initiatives across the company.
Performance & Talent Management
  • Support the biannual SMART goal process, ensuring clarity and fairness in performance evaluations.
  • Partner with managers to identify development needs and create individual development plans (IDPs).
  • Promote internal mobility and succession planning in collaboration with leadership.
Policies, Processes & Documentation
  • Maintain and continuously improve our HR wiki and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure policies and processes are up to date, transparent, and compliant with German labor law.
  • Collaborate on revising and issuing work contracts in both German and English.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
  • Monitor and improve employee satisfaction, including running and analyzing our eNPS survey.
  • Contribute to People team projects aimed at strengthening our culture, inclusion, and transparency.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
  • Advise managers and employees on conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Support fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of employee relations cases.
Collaboration & Cross-Company Initiatives
  • Participate in joint HR initiatives with our sister companies (e.g., recruitment standards, training, leadership development).
  • Share best practices and collaborate on projects that benefit the broader People Hub.
What do you bring?
  • 4+ years of HR generalist, HRBP, or HR management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in coaching managers and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • ·Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for people and culture.
