Your Responsibilities:

Job brief:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Consultant to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will lead a team of Ethical Hackers and Security Consultants, provide technical guidance on all matters of security to our internal team and clients. If you are passionate about security, thrive on making real impact and enjoy working in small team, we look forward to your application.

Your responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of ethical hackers and security consultants, provide technical guidance and necessary trainings to enhance their skills.
Take the lead on projects, and perform hands-on security assessments, including penetration testing, security architecture review, red teaming, and crisis management.
Build and maintain an effective timeline for project planning and management.
Effectively communicate and present complex security concepts and findings to different stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
Foster a research mindset and stay up-to-date with the latest security trends.
Become the trusted advisor for our diverse range of clients on all security matters and technical topics.

What do you bring:

Significant experience (4+years) in leading technical projects.
Hands-on experience in various security topics, including but not limited to penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, security architecture review, code audits, red teaming, and security maturity assessments.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills in English. German would be a plus.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and drive bespoke client solutions.
Telco experience would be a plus.
